What this template does
Maroon King keeps the spoken line small and calm, then lands the emphasised word a size larger, in colour, with a hard shadow underneath it. The contrast does the work: your viewer's eye is pulled to exactly the word you stressed out loud.
Because the emphasis is carried by one word at a time, it suits delivery with pauses — advice, hot takes, anything where you land a point and let it sit.
Use it when
- You are on camera and speaking directly to the viewer
- The clip has one idea per sentence rather than a dense script
- You want colour emphasis without a box or highlight behind the word
Languages it fits
Built around Unbounded for the spoken line, so it reads cleanly in English and romanised Hinglish. For native Devanagari or Tamil script, Clean or Hard Shadow hold their shape better at small sizes.
